Flamma® 675 Vinylsulfone

Product description: Chemical. Formula: C47H55N3O15S5. MW: 1062.28. Synthetic. Flamma®675 is bright and stable near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye that features high water solubility and low toxicity. It has a similar optical spectrum to Alexa Fluor®680, Cy5.5, DyLight®680, IRDye®680LT. Near-infrared fluorescent dye is mainly used for In-Vivo Imaging in drug delivery and tumor research, as it is highly permeable to  biological tissue. Flamma®675 Vinylsulfone is an independent labeling functional group of BioActs. Depending on the characteristics of Vinylsulfone, it stably reacts to primary amine (-NH2). Therefore, it can stably label protein or peptide in aqueous solution, and it is easy to adjust labeling efficiency of reactants according to the user’s purpose due to its moderate reaction rate. In addition, this product can be refrigerated in the form of dissolved in water. Excitation ? Emission (nm): 675 / 691 nm. Spectrally similar dyes: Alexa Fluor®680, Cy®5.5, DyLight®680, IRDye®680LT, CF™680. Extinction coefficient: 220,000 cm-1M-1. CF280: 0.09.
