Applications:

ADP-Separopore 4B-CL is used for the purification of ADP-dependent enzymes and proteins. ADP-Separopore 4B-CL interacts strongly with NADP+-dependent dehydrogenases. Selective elution with gradients of NAD+ or NADP+ allows the resolution of complex mixtures of dehydrogenase isoenzymes using ADP Separopore 4B-CL.
