Product description: Polyclonal Antibody. Recognizes the fibrinogen-like domain of human ANGPTL2. Detects a band of ~57kDa by Western blot. Cross-reacts with full-length human ANGPTL2. Source: Rabbit. Applications: ELISA, WB. Liquid. 0.2µm-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives. ANGPTL2 stimulates expansion of HSCs. ANGPTL2 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic glomerulopathy. The upregulation of ANGPTL2 in diabetic glomerulopathy shows a close relationship to abnormal microvasculature and endothelial inflammation.
