Product description: Monoclonal Antibody. Isotype: Mouse IgM. Clone: 133-1C6. Applications: FACS. 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 500 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 5% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative). Human CD100 is a transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the semaphorin gene family and is found on most hematopoietic cells except RBC, platelets and immature bone marrow cells. CD100 plays a key role in lymphocyte activation. Interaction of CD100 with its ligand CD72 has implications in the mechanism of NK cell killing.
