Product description: Monoclonal Antibody. Isotype: Mouse IgM. Clone: Huly-m13. Applications: FACS. 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 500 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 5% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative). Antibodies to human CD17 react with lactosylceramide which is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, platelets and basophils. CD17 expression is downmodulated on activated granulocytes. CD17 is an important component in CD11b/CD18 mediated phagocytosis of microbes.
