Product description: Monoclonal Antibody. Isotype: Mouse IgM. Clone: Huly-m13. Applications: FACS. 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 500 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl Antibodies to human CD17 react with lactosylceramide which is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, platelets and basophils. CD17 expression is downmodulated on activated granulocytes. CD17 is an important component in CD11b/CD18 mediated phagocytosis of microbes.
