Product description: Monoclonal Antibody. Isotype: Mouse IgG1kappa. Clone: ANC8D4. Applications: ELISA, FACS. 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 500 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 15% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative). Human CD326 is a 40kD glycoprotein expressed on epithelial cells and many carcinomas. It is an adhesion molecule whose function is implicated in carcinogenesis and erythropoesis. CD326 has great potential as a therapeutic and diagnostic marker for cancer.
