Applications: FACS. 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl Human CD98 (4F2) is a heterodimeric glycoproein expressed on monocytes and activated cells. All cultured human cell lines tested express CD98. CD98 heavy chain mediates adhesion induced activation through integrin signaling.
