Product description: Polyclonal Antibody. Recognizes human TDO. Detects a band of ~48kDa by Western blot. Source: Rabbit. Applications: ELISA, WB. Liquid. 0.2µm-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives. TDO incorporates oxygen into the indole moiety of tryptophan. Has a broad specificity towards tryptamine and derivatives including D- and L-tryptophan, 5-hydroxytryptophan and serotonin.
