Product description: Protein. Liquid. 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 5% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative). Human CD137L (4-1BB ligand) is a type II transmembrane protein constitutively expressed by monocytes, B cells and neuroblastoma cells. Binding of CD137 (4-1BB) to CD137L induces monocyte activation.
