Product description: Protein. The extracellular domain of human DNER (aa 29-637) is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1. Source: HEK 293 cells. Endotoxin content: <0.06EU/µg purified protein (LAL test; Lonza). Lyophilized from 0.2µm-filtered solution in PBS. Purity: >90% (SDS-PAGE). DNER is an activator of the Notch1 pathway. It mediates neuron-glia interaction during astrocytogenesis.
