Product description: Protein. Signal peptide and extracellular domain of mouse DNER (aa 1-640) are fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG. Source: HEK 293 cells. Endotoxin content: <0.1EU/µg purified protein (LAL test; Lonza). Liquid. 0.2µm-filtered solution in PBS. Purity: >85% (SDS-PAGE). DNER is an activator of the Notch1 pathway. It mediates neuron-glia interaction during astrocytogenesis.
