Product description: Protein. The extracellular domain of human FasL (aa 103-281) is fused at the N-terminus to a FLAG®-tag. Source: HEK 293 cells. Endotoxin content: <0.05EU/µg purified protein (LAL test; Lonza). Lyophilized. Contains PBS. Purity: >95% (SDS-PAGE). FasL is a cytokine that binds to TNFRSF6/Fas, a receptor that transduces the apoptotic signal into cells. Is involved in cytotoxic T cell mediated apoptosis and in T cell development.
