Product description: Protein. The extracellular domain of mouse IL-33R [ST2] (aa 27-342) is fused to the N-terminus of the Fc region of mouse IgG2a. Source: CHO cells. Endotoxin content: <0.06EU/µg protein (LAL test; Lonza). Lyophilized from 0.2µm-filtered solution in PBS. Purity: >98% (SDS-PAGE). Receptor for interleukin-33 (IL-33). Its stimulation recruits MYD88, IRAK1, IRAK4 and TRAF6 followed by phosphorylation of MAPK3/ERK1 and/or MAPK1/ERK2, MAPK14 and MAPK8 by similarity. Possibly involved in helper T cell function.
