Metalloprotease suitable for tissue dissociation applications. For cell isolation Neutral Protease NB High Active Grade is used in combination with highly purified Collagenase NB 1 Premium Grade (Cat. no. S1745503), Collagenase NB 4 Standard Grade (Cat. no. S1745401) or Collagenase NB 4G Proved Grade (Cat. no. S1746501).

Neutral Protease: 1 DMC Unit catalyzes the cleavage of 1 µmole peptide bond from dimethylcasein per minute at 25 °C, pH 7.0, expressed in terms of newly formed terminal amino groups, determined with TNBS (1).
