Product description: Protein. Human PARG is fused to a His-tag. Source: Sf21 cells. Liquid. In 50mM TRIS-HCl, pH 7.5, containing 100mM sodium chloride, 0.2% NP-40, 50mM imidazole and 10% glycerol. Purity: >95% (SDS-PAGE). Poly(ADP-ribose) synthesized after DNA damage is only present transiently and is rapidly degraded by poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase. PARG hydrolyzes poly(ADP-ribose) at glycosidic (1''-2') linkage of ribose-ribose bond to produce free ADP-ribose.
