Product description: Protein. Human RANK (aa 29-213) is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1. Source: HEK 293 cells. Endotoxin content: <0.01EU/µg purified protein (LAL test; Lonza). Lyophilized. Contains PBS. Binds to human and mouse RANKL. Purity: >95% (SDS-PAGE). RANK (TRANCE-R; CD265) is the receptor for RANKL/TRANCE/OPGL. It is essential for RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis and is involved in the regulation of interactions between T cells and dendritic cells.
