Product description: Protein. The extracellular domain of mouse Tim-2 (aa 22-229) is fused to the N-terminus of the Fc region of humane IgG1. Source: HEK 293 cells. Endotoxin content: <5EU/mg protein (LAL test; Lonza). Lyophilized from 0.2µm-filtered solution in PBS. Purity: >98% (SDS-PAGE). Probable receptor for SEMA4A involved in the regulation of T-cell function. The interaction with SEMA4A enhances T-cell activation.
