Product description: Protein. The extracellular region of human UNC5B (aa 28-363) is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1. Source: HEK 293 cells. Endotoxin content: <0.1EU/µg purified protein (LAL test; Lonza). Lyophilized. Contains PBS. Binds to mouse and human Netrin-1. Purity: >95% (SDS-PAGE). UNC5B is a receptor for the netrin family of guidance molecules. It was identified as a mediator of the repulsive response in neurons and it is the only known netrin receptor with prominent endothelial expression. It has an important role in angiogenesis signaling.
