Efficiently inhibits binding of activators at two binding sites. Antibiotic. Potent antibacterial compound. Antifungal on selected fungi species. Antiviral agent. Interferes with the viral replication of selected respiratory syncytial virus. Competitive alpha-glucosidase and non-competitive beta-glucosidase inhibitor. Shows moderate anticancer activity.
