Collagenase NB 6 GMP Grade is applicable to tissue dissociation such as isolation of human ADSCs, stem cells, chondrocytes, fibroblasts, neuronal and endothelial cells.

 

Specifications:

Contains class I and class II collagenase (1) and a balanced ratio of proteolytic side activities.
PZ activity (Wünsch): ≥ 0.100 U/mg
Microbiological examination: Sterility, absence of Clostridia, abnormal toxicity (general safety test; Ph. Eur.).
Sterile according to Ph. Eur.
Manufactured according to EU GMP guidelines.
